Cover Girl's Cake

My daughter, Emily's beloved horse, Cover Girl turned 30 on April 12th, 2010.
We celebrated at a horse show where they let her trot her around the arena as everyone sang Happy Birthday to Cover Girl!  It was a hoot!  Yes, Cover got a piece of
Carrot Cake! (Bottom Tier)

Dessert Table at Herky Auditorium for Radiant Life Church Easter Pageant
The next 4 pics are of our table that night!  We nearly sold out of everything except some cake pops and a few hand decorated sugar cookies.
Happy Birthday, Millie!
This cake was ordered by my cousins wife for her mom's birthday.  It too, was a super fun cake to make!
"49th" Birthday Cake for a "50th" Birthday Girl!
I"m guessing the Birthday Girl was in denial and so even though it was her 50th, they put a 49 on her cake!  I have a close up shot of the monogrammed medallion I put on the cake since her name was Brenda.  This was a super fun cake to make!

SPRING COOKIES!

Large Bunny and Baby Bunny Cookies with Carrots!
Dragonflies and Funky Ladybugs!

Lambs, Crosses, and Daisies!
Bunny Tails and Froggies!
This frog is so near and dear to my heart and he is my most favorite cookie to do of all time!!  I thought I saw a cookie like this somewhere a couple years ago and I scoured the countryside and the internet looking for a cutter.  With no such luck, I ended up drawing my own frog and Ron made him into a cutter with foodsafe aluminum strips!!
