Applying Icing Sheets to Cookies
Here is how I ended up with my Chocolate Business Cards!
First, I printed out my design on edible image paper!
Mixed up a good Chocolate Sugar Cookie dough that will hold it's shape when baked!
Cut the dough to the size needed for your image! (Where are those darn housekeeping fairies and when will they ever visit me?)
Line them up and bake them!
Poof! They're done! Almost identical as when they went into the oven!
You will need to cut your image to fit!
ALWAYS store your images in a sealed bag when not in use, you do not want them to become brittle.
Next you will need to pipe a "dam" of icing around your cookie.
Flood your cookie
.
Peel the backing off the icing sheet.
Apply to cookie.
Pipe a cute border around the edge to finish it all off and give it a polished look!
